Hollywood Heights Security Monitor Delvin Coss was recognized today as May 2025 Kahok Educator of the Month. The award was presented by Hollywood Heights Principal Tara Glynn and local Benjamin F. Edwards financial advisor Jason Rehg.  

In her nomination of Mr. Cross, Mrs. Glynn wrote:

"It is with deep appreciation and respect that I nominate Mr. Cross for the faculty member of the month. 

Mr. Cross has worked in the district since fall of 2019, he is an Assistant Football coach at CHS and is in charge of security at Hollywood Heights Alternative School. 

He is hardworking, dependable, friendly, caring, and professional to everyone who comes in our building. He works hard to build relationships with staff and students and is always there to help anyone when they are having a hard day or just need to vent. More than just a colleague, Mr. Cross has become like family to many of us, and we are all better for having him as part of our daily lives."
